All our products are inspected before your order is dispatched and we pride ourselves in our quality control programme.
However, if you have any complaint with any product then please let us know by emailing, telephoning or writing to us.
Goods sold are supplied in good faith. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you may return them to us and providing they are received in good condition (i.e. they have been handled with reasonable care and are unopened) we will refund the full cost of your order.
If any goods are damaged when you receive them, you must advise us by email within 7 days and post them back within 14 days otherwise no claim will be entertained.
We will send a replacement delivery within 7 working days or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may cancel your order up to and within 7 days of delivery (commencing the day after goods have been received by the customer) in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000). A full refund will be made through Worldpay once the goods have been received by us.
Returned items must be in good condition and un-opened and be returned to us using recorded delivery.
