All our products are inspected before your order is dispatched and we pride ourselves in our quality control programme.


However, if you have any complaint with any product then please let us know by emailing, telephoning or writing to us.

 

Goods sold are supplied in good faith. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, providing they are received in good condition (i.e. they have been handled with reasonable care and are unopened).

 

We will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred. If any goods are damaged when you receive them, you must advise us by email within 4 days and post them back within 14 days otherwise no claim will be entertained.

 

We will send a replacement delivery within 7 working days or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

You may cancel your order up to and within 7 days of delivery (commencing the day after goods have been received by the customer) in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000).

A refund will be made, excluding postage, within 30 days of cancellation.

 

All items are to be returned at the customers cost or collected by ourselves and the cost for this charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.

Returned items must be in good condition and un-opened and be returned to us using a recorded delivery.
